It's Monday! What are you reading (56)
It's Monday! What Are You Reading, hosted by Book Journey, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.
Here's what I read this past week:
Out in Blue by Sarah Gilman (Early Review)
Knight's Curse by Karen Duvall (Early Review)
Lord of the Vampires by Gena Showalter (Early Review)
Bloodlines by Richelle Mead (Early Review)
Out in Blue was a fun read with an interesting twist on Demons and Angels. The romance was quite sweet, and definitely enjoyable.
Knight's Curse is a very unique Urban Fantasy that really isn't like anything else out there. Definitely a refreshing read.
Lord of the Vampires is the first installment of a four author joint effort series. It was highly enjoyable, and the romance was definitely steamy. I look forward to the rest of the books.
Bloodlines was the final read for the week, and let me tell you, it was FANTASTIC. I'll admit that I was a little worried about reading from Sydney's perspective because I loved Rose's books. However, Sydney make for an awesome narrator and I cannot wait to read more. Definitely gripped me just as much as the Vampire Academy books.
My Upcoming List:
Where Demons Fear to Tread by Stephanie Chong (Early Review)
Killing Time by Elisa Paige (Early Review)
Interview with Elisa Paige
Crossed by Jeanne C. Stein (Early Review)
Not only was I envious that you got Bloodlines but you got an early copy of Chosen as well! So can't wait to read that review as well!!

I read the excerpt of Knight's Curse, and it does seem different. I'm putting it on my TBR list. Out In Blue also seems interesting and different. My Monday post is <a href="http://mardel-rabidreader.blogspot.com/2011/08/its-monday-what-are-you-reading.html>here</a> .
