It's Monday What Are You Reading (100)
It's Monday! What Are You Reading, is hosted by Book Journey, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.
Here's my posts from the last week:
The Hunter and the Hunted by Kelly Armstrong (Early Review)
Intangible by J. Meyers (Review)
Tempest's Fury by Nicole Peeler (Early Review)
Darkness Devours by Keri Arthur (Early Review)
The Hunter and the Hunted is an eSpecial for the promotion of the final book in the Otherworld Series. One story had been previously published, and the other was new, plus it included a rather sizable excerpt of the final book, Thirteen. Definitely a treat.
Intangible was my first foray into reviewing a self-published book. I made an exception to my normal non-acceptance policy because the author was so professional. She really impressed me, and I'm really glad I gave the book a chance because I would up loving it. I also did an interview with J. Meyers, that you'll definitely want to check out. She gives some really interesting insight into her experiences with self-publishing.
Tempest's Fury was a slight let down for me as it just left me feeling rather frustrating. The series overall is still really good, so I'm still looking forward to the next installment.
Darkness Devours was a really great book. I am always in awe of how awesome Keri Arthur is, and her Risa series is every bit as good as Riley's series. These books are always at the top of my most anticipated list.
Here's this week's Bargain Books and Kindle Deals.
