It's Monday What Are You Reading (142)

Apr 08, 2013 by Kt Clapsadl

It's Monday! What Are You Reading, is hosted by Book Journey, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.

Reviews for the past week:

The Stone Demon by Karen Mahoney (Early Review)
"I have to say that I've felt really left down by the last two books in this trilogy. I loved THE IRON WITCH, so it was rather disappointing that things didn't pan out."

With All My Soul by Rachel Vincent (Review)
"To put it simply, I loved this book, and quite frankly I think it may just be my favorite YA read of all time. I cannot think of another book that has made me feel so much emotion in such a short amount of time. Honestly, WITH ALL MY SOUL is the kind of perfection that writers spend their entire career trying to create."

Kirsten's Book of the Week:

Blood of Dawn by Tami Dane (Review)
"Sloan comes across as somebody who needs to take a personal holiday and sort out her romantic life before it starts interfering with her work."

Here's my Monday Wrapup

Have a GREAT day!

I want to read Rachel Vincent's series soooooo bad. I have the first omnibus which is like the first 2.5 books or something like that. I'm waiting until I get all the omnibuses to begin the series, because I heard that crap is addicting.

My recent post It's Monday! What are you reading?
I loved Vincent's shifter series, but I couldn't get into the young adult series. It was just way too...young adult for me. I liked the premise, and the details. But the dialogue and relationship stuff was for someone way younger than me...and I work with kids, so I'm kind of used to the younger talk.....

I do want to try her other series, though. I haven't been able to find a copy in a physical store though. Online sales, I guess.
My recent post It's Monday, and.....Well, It's another Monday
I am reading Knots and Crosses.
