She took some incredible risks in SPIRIT, and while I feel like my heart has been put in a blender under the puree setting, I think it will pay out in the end as no one can say that this is a cookie cutter book."

"GAMEBOARD OF THE GODS really suffered from a severe lack of world building. There was just way too much going on with little or no explanation, which made things rather frustrating as it left me feeling rather confused and disjointed from the story."
