Monday Wrap up (187)
It's Monday! What Are You Reading, hosted by Book Journey, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.
Reviews for the past week:
Night Owl by Lauren M. Roy (Release Day Review)
"The idea that simply having a certain gene will cost you your freedom is absolutely horrifying, and this book gives what I would guess to be a pretty darn realistic outlook of exactly what could happen. UNINVITED is an enthralling and addictive read that is perfect for dystopian fans looking to be swept up in a really great book. It simply will not disappoint."
Only the Good Die Young by Chris Marie Green (Review)
"I'm really not sure why but I just could not get into this book. It really had a heck of a time keeping my attention, to the point where I was easily distracted and kept putting it down. Maybe it just wasn't the right book for me at the time as like many I do seem to have reading moods, and will work better for someone else, particularly fans of a murder mystery type plotline."
Kirsten's Book of the Week:
Neptune's Brood by Charles Stross (Review)
"If readers have an interest in accounting, science fiction or pirates, they can easily dive in and see where FTL technology and sums carry them. "
